"I Want to Go to the Sauna"
"I Want to Go to the Sauna"
Some reviews come back very short. This person's was one. One line per box; in one box, a single word: "none." Even so, everything needed was in there.
What worried them most before surgery was whether daily life would become inconvenient. And the answer they wrote afterward was "not very inconvenient."
Those two lines are the whole of this review. But recovery speed and the degree of inconvenience differ with the extent of surgery and individual condition, so it is better not to apply this person's course directly to your own expectations.

Asked about their first impression, they wrote only "kind." Asked whether any moment from the surgery stayed with them, they answered "none."
As far as the surgery goes, an answer that nothing stayed with them is not a bad answer. It means nothing out of the ordinary happened.
The answer for what they most wanted to do after surgery was the sauna. This person is not the only one to write that.
Public baths and saunas are often places people with this condition have avoided for years. Clothes can conceal, but not there, so people naturally stop going. Wanting to go is therefore less a story about bathing than a story about no longer having to avoid.
That said, we set the timing for saunas and baths after confirming how the wound is healing. When you may go is advised at visits while we watch your recovery.
This person left the words that it seems like a surgery without regrets. That is their own impression, and whether surgery is needed and what results follow differ from person to person, so judge after confirming your condition through an examination.
It was a short review, but for me it was enough of one. Having endured it so long, I hope they are comfortable now.
