"I Think I Can Go to the Public Bath or the Pool with Confidence"
How far gynecomastia narrows a person's life shows in the fourth box of the review. It is the box for what they want to do after surgery.
The person I am introducing today wrote the most in that box. Dating, how clothes fit, and the public bath and the pool were written one after another.
It Did Not Shrink with Dieting
The words they left for others with the same concern contained how they came to their decision: "In my case, losing weight through dieting did not ease the gynecomastia, so I decided on surgery."
Gynecomastia is a state in which the glandular tissue inside the chest has increased. This tissue does not shrink along with weight loss. If body fat is mixed in, the overall size becomes a little smaller as weight is lost, but if glandular tissue remains, the shape remains as it is. This is why many people come after trying to lose weight for a long time.

A Review Written Two Weeks After Surgery
As what they worried about most before surgery, they wrote complications, and then continued like this: "But now, two weeks after surgery, there have been no major complications and the result has turned out well, so I am satisfied."
Two weeks is still a period of recovery. Swelling remains and the shape is still settling, so what is visible now is not the final appearance. The course passes differently for each person, so this impression concerns the state this person had reached by two weeks.
Words About Being Told in Detail
As their impression on first coming to the clinic, they wrote: "All the staff were kind and friendly. I especially liked that they explained things in detail."
With gynecomastia surgery, it is the schedule of the month afterward, more than the day of surgery, that changes daily life. It is better to go in knowing in advance until when you wear the compression garment, what you cannot do, and from when restrictions are lifted.
When You Close Your Eyes and Open Them
As a memorable moment during surgery, they wrote this: that they were surprised it was over sooner than they thought, and that when they closed their eyes and opened them, the surgery was over.
Surgery is performed under sedation, and the surgery itself takes about thirty minutes. The explanation of the result is given in the recovery room after the surgery is finished.
Places Where You Have to Undress
The public bath and the pool are the places people with gynecomastia cross off first. Those places becoming options again is one of the things that changes with surgery.
This person left the sense that they would like to recommend surgery. This is their experience, and whether to have surgery is something to judge after confirming your condition through an examination.
