The Worry Was the Recovery Period; What They Wanted Was to Exercise
This patient wrote their review very briefly. Two or three words per box. Even so, it was clear what the answers were pointing toward. The worry was "the recovery period," and what they most wanted to do after surgery was "exercise."
Some people postpone the decision because of scheduling rather than the surgery itself. If it is not settled how many days must be cleared and when they can resume what they normally do, they cannot pick a date.
So in consultations we lay out the recovery schedule concretely. The period of wearing the compression garment, the point at which swelling visibly decreases, the point at which light activity can resume, the point of returning to exercise including weights — we describe these in stages. Individual variation makes it hard to fix dates, but knowing the range is different from not knowing it.
Returning to exercise is not a special achievement but one stage of an expected course. Keep to the order and go back to it.

In the box about their first impression of the clinic, this person's answer was: "Comfortable and detailed consultation."
The fewer words someone uses, the more there is for us to raise first in the consultation. Putting out in advance the things they did not ask about but are likely to wonder about later is half of what a consultation is.
As a word to others with the same concern, this person wrote: "As soon as possible."
I read it as meaning that putting it off only drew the worry out. But it is their case, and in gynecomastia the necessity and extent of surgery change with tissue composition and grade. If you are facing the same concern, it is better to confirm your own condition at an examination first, rather than to hurry.
When this person starts training again, I hope they build back up in order and without strain.
