To Those Facing the Same Concern

"Rather than spending time agonizing,
I think it's better to have the surgery soon."

Dr. Moon Chul, Part 9

A kind explanation came first

He remembered his first impression from the consultation.

“They explained everything kindly and clearly during the consultation,” he said. What matters even before the surgery itself is fully understanding what will be done and how. The clearer the explanation, the smaller the anxiety.

The moment the tension eased

Pre-surgery nerves come to everyone.

He, too, said, “I was very nervous before the surgery, but they guided me so kindly that the tension eased, and I felt comfortable throughout the procedure.” Surgery is not only about technique. Helping patients finish their procedure in a comfortable state is part of our role.

"I want to run light again"

When we asked what he wanted to do first after surgery, his answer was “running.”

In that one wish — to run light again — is the everyday life he wants back. When we asked what he would say to others facing the same concern, he answered:

"Rather than spending time agonizing,
I think it's better to have the surgery soon."

The longer you hesitate, the bigger the fear of pain grows. Trueman Men's Clinic Daegu will take that first step with you.
